To complete our OPS Data & Process Governance team at Red Bull Headquarters in Elsbethen (Salzburg), we are looking for an open-minded, supportive, and independent personality with strong system affiliation for Transportation Management (TM) and ERP support, with a special focus on TM/SD/MM and knowledge transfer activities.
In this position, you will help solve system/process issues, identify problems with a proactive support mindset, including documentation, and coordinate small system projects and process improvements.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
BUSINESS SUPPORT
* Support TM/SD/MM and other stakeholders in Operations with their system solutions, acting as the first touch point for application end-users.
* Process tickets (1st and 2nd level support) and follow up on resolution status with system key users.
* Fix defects, fulfill requests, find solutions, and eliminate errors.
* Document technical solutions to prevent recurring incidents.
* Collaborate with operational teams, data owners, process owners, and Key Users, keeping all relevant stakeholders updated on functionalities, processes, and documentation.
TESTING & DOCUMENTATION
* Support system upgrade testing and testing of new developments.
* Maintain system process documentation (BPPs, Manuals) and ensure consistency in the End-to-End view.
* Promote the key user concept within OPS and develop an accessible information platform.
* Ensure standards within system process documentation.
* Conduct cross-functional SAP training to ensure basic SAP knowledge for all OPS employees and specialized training for local key users.
ENHANCEMENTS & SMALL PROJECTS
* Gather and analyze business requirements to develop systems and processes.
* Coordinate requirements collection, impact analysis, prioritization, documentation, and testing.
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
* Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in SAP ERP Supply Chain or similar roles.
* Proven experience in supply chain business.
* Expertise in MS Office tools.
* Key user knowledge for SAP systems (focus TM), Business Objects, BI is an advantage.
* Project management skills are advantageous.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
* Analytical mindset to identify key issues and opportunities.
* Logical, detail-oriented, and efficient working style.
* Ability to propose and communicate alternative solutions proactively.
* Structured knowledge transfer skills.
* Willingness to learn, accept challenges, and work collaboratively.
* Ability to manage demanding situations under time pressure.
* Result-oriented and performance-driven.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,275 gross per month. Our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is significantly above this minimum.
