We will continue to investing our biggest asset: our amazing team.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Site AdministratorServe as the site point of contact for internal departments and external vendors on administrative, compliance, and logistical mattersReceiving and forwarding phone calls and emails, as well as professionally assisting visitors.Managing office and operational supplies (office materials, furniture, electronic equipment, PPE, access control systems) – in collaboration with the office manager in the head office .Maintaining documentation, including electronic and physical filing, and updating company documentsSupporting the preparation and maintenance of employee attendance and absence recordsProject AssistantAssists Project Managers with administrative tasks (Compliance, Logistic, EHS, …)Depending on the Project you will be involved in, you could :Support the day-to-day implementation of TSL's social compliance and ethical labour standards on site.Verify compliance documentation and management of the internal database.Support the Social Compliance Manager and participate in on-site social compliance audits and inspectionsContinuous liaison with subcontractors.In collaboration with the Senior EHS manager, implement the company's health and safety policy to prevent injury, ill health, damage and wastage.Assist site teams with the review of risk and method statements and ensure they are suitable for the task being undertaken.Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety.Applies all EHS requirements in the execution of tasks.Maintaining quality control procedures.Provide day-to-day administrative support to site management, engineers.Liaise with procurement and logistics departments to support timely delivery of materials and services to siteApplies all company procedures, practices and standards.Make work improvement recommendations.Skills and Experience Required:Strong communication skills, with the confidence to engage with site teams and subcontractors.Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage for the project.Well-organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a site-based project environment.Previous experience in construction, engineering, or large project environments.Experience supporting audits or compliance inspections.Professional, discreet, and confident in working within a high-security and regulated environmentPlease submit an expression of interest by submitting your CV to Our recruitment team will review your CV and, if you meet our criteria, we will reach out to you for an informal discussion.
