What you'll do
* Manage all purchase orders for F&B Housekeeping Front Office Engineering and Administration
* Ensure compliance with approved suppliers pricing agreements and budget guidelines
* Track delivery performance verify quantities and resolve discrepancies with suppliers
* Act as the primary point of contact for all vendors and maintain strong working relationships
* Negotiate pricing terms and contracts in coordination with Finance
* Monitor consumption stock levels and cost performance identify savings opportunities
* Maintain accurate product and pricing data in the procurement system (EMC)
* Ensure full documentation policy compliance and audit readiness
* Support monthly inventory counts and cost control processes with Finance
* Collaborate closely with all departments to understand operational needs and ensure timely supply
What we're looking for
* Highly organized with a love for creating structure and optimizing processes.
* Reliable detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* 23 years of purchasing experience ideally in hospitality or F&B.
* Experience with supplier management and procurement systems.
* Knowledge of food safety and HACCP is an advantage.
* Fluent in English; German is a plus.

For this position a gross monthly salary starting from 2.500 is offered. Of course higher compensation is possible depending on your prior experience and qualifications.
