As Junior Brand Designer at Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe, you will accelerate brand execution across the marketing department by translating brand direction into high-quality, production-ready visual assets for digital and print touchpoints. Closely collaborating with our Head of Brand, in this role you will enable fast, consistent and scalable rollout of campaigns, activations and day-to-day deliverables while maintaining strong visual quality. RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
1. Execute brand design across digital and print
Translate direction into production-ready assets
2. Create adaptations across formats and channels
Prepare final files for production and publishing – e.g. social media, web, email, car wrapping etc.
3. Apply brand guidelines consistently
Ensure visual coherence across all touchpoints
4. Provide design support across marketing and related teams
Contribute to fast and reliable execution
5. Work closely under brand and art direction
Incorporate feedback and iterate efficiently
6. 1–3 years of experience in brand or graphic design
7. Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print execution
8. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
9. Solid understanding of print production and file preparation
10. Strong eye for detail, layout and typography
11. Ability to work efficiently under clear brand and art direction
12. Ability to manage multiple small tasks in parallel
13. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can-do mindset
14. Ability to clearly communicate and explain ideas and designs
15. Interest in sports and brand-driven environments (cycling is a plus)
16. Excellent English skills as well as ideally a good command of written and spoken German
17. Travel 0-10%
