Your profile
The requirements of the role include:
* You possess 7+ years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years in executive search and you have proven track record of successful C-level placements
* A strong network within relevant executive search firms and exceptional communication skills as an advisory partner for senior management are your professional core competencies
* You bring experience in supporting Board-level hiring decisions, strong business acumen and industry knowledge
* With your great stakeholder management skills, you can build rapport with senior executives
* Excellent project management and organisational skills describe your working style
* Ideally, you bring experience in both in-house and agency executive recruitment, as well as an understanding of executive compensation structures
* Previous exposure to Board governance processes and experience with succession planning initiatives is an advantage
* You’re fluent in the English language

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 62.500*
