* Supporting the Dean in strategic planning
* Participation in resource management and controlling
* Supervision of faculty committees and procedures
* Press and public relations work as well as internal and external communication
* Project management, information management and office organisation
Your profile:
* Very good knowledge of administrative processes
* Knowledge of university structures and processes desirable
* Experience in public relations and event organisation
* Very good IT knowledge of all common Office programmes, internal programmes (UniCMS, etc.), SAP knowledge an advantage
* Excellent communication skills, very good knowledge of German and English
* Willingness for further education and training
* fundamental interest in the natural sciences
* Structured, analytical and independent working style
* Logical thinking and ability to think abstractly
* Organisational and communication skills; proactive approach

For this position in job group IIIb, a minimum gross salary of € 2.304 per month (14 times) * is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
