Chery & Lepas Melbourne City is seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead our Chery & Lepas sales operations.
This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for driving sales performance, strengthening lead management, developing the team, and supporting the customer experience across both sales and service.

About the Role
Drive monthly sales volume and gross profit outcomes across both brands
Lead and coordinate structured lead follow‑up processes
Ensure daily, weekly and monthly KPIs are achieved and reviewed
Monitor and improve lead‑to‑sale conversion performance
Directly support and guide the Chery & Lepas sales team
Build a culture of accountability, results and brand pride
Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training
Coordinate team rostering and showroom coverage
Champion a customer‑first approach across both showrooms
Assist in managing escalated customer issues
Monitor CSI performance and implement improvements
Ensure consistent delivery standards and handover processes
Operational Performance
Maintain OEM showroom and display standards
Support inventory management including vehicle rotation and ageing
Ensure correct documentation, compliance and finance handover execution
Contribute to overall site performance and brand growth
