The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic a Head of Integrity Risk to design, implement, and continuously improve the company's global integrity risk framework across KYC/AML, Scheme/Compliance, and related areas. Drive a proactive, risk-based culture, provide expert guidance to businesses, ensure regulatory and internal policy alignment, and deliver scalable controls, governance, and assurance across 5 specialized teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Strategy & Governance
o Define the Integrity Risk CoE vision, strategy, and operating model aligned to the enterprise risk framework.
o Develop and maintain a holistic integrity risk taxonomy, risk appetite statements, and risk-based prioritization across 5 teams.
o Establish and manage governance forums, escalation paths, and reporting cadence to senior leadership and regulators as required.
* Team Leadership & Development
o Lead, coach, and develop 5 team leads (or managers) with 25 indirect staff, ensuring high performance, engagement, and succession planning.
o Set objectives, performance metrics, and development plans; conduct regular performance reviews and talent assessments.
o Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across all teams.
* Operational Excellence & Controls
o Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end integrity risk processes (KYC/AML, Scheme/Compliance, Oversight & Control, Partnership & Vendor Risk, etc.) to prevent, detect, and remediate integrity risks.
o Oversee the development and rollout of risk-based controls, monitoring programs, and assurance activities (audits, testing, QA).
o Ensure robust issue management, root-cause analyses, remediation plans, and closing of control gaps.
* Regulatory and Policy Alignment
o Monitor regulatory developments and industry standards; translate requirements into practical policies, procedures, and controls.
o Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Business units to ensure compliant processes and timely regulatory filings or audits.
* Risk Assessment & Reporting
o Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide integrity risk assessments, including scenario planning and high-risk verticals.
o Provide timely, accurate, and actionable risk reporting to executive leadership and the board as needed.
* Stakeholder Engagement
o Partner with business units, Risk Ops, Internal Audit, and external partners to align on risk priorities and remediation strategies.
o Act as a subject matter expert for integrity risk, supporting incident investigations, remediation efforts, and training.
* Data, Analytics & Technology
o Leverage data analytics to monitor indicators, detect anomalies, and measure control effectiveness.
o Oversee the implementation of technology solutions (workflow, case management, automation) to scale risk management capabilities.
* Key performance indicators (KPIs)
o
+ Integrity risk incident response time and closure rate
+ Coverage and effectiveness of controls (control failure rate, testing results)
+ Quality and timeliness of risk reporting to leadership and regulators
+ Training completion rates and staff competency improvements
+ Employee engagement and retention within the CoE

Who Are We Looking For
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what's next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:
* Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Compliance, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFE, CAMS, CRCM, CIA, CGAP) are a plus.
* 12+ years in risk/compliance with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple teams. Deep domain expertise in KYC/AML, compliance, operations risk, and scheme-related risk are highly desirable.
* Leadership: Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams across multiple locations and functions; strong people development and change management skills.
* Strategic & analytical: Strong business acumen, risk-based thinking, and data-driven decision making; experience building risk models and reporting dashboards.
* Regulatory & stakeholder management: Experience interacting with regulators, auditors, and senior executives; proficient in regulatory frameworks relevant to KYC/AML, sanctions, and financial crime.
* Process & controls: Demonstrated success in designing and operating end-to-end risk controls, issue management, remediation, and assurance activities.
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex risk concepts into actionable guidance for business teams.
* Collaboration: Strong collaboration and influencing skills; comfortable working in a matrix environment and across geographies.
* Tools: Familiarity with risk management platforms, case management systems, data analytics tools, and MS Office. Knowledge of AML/KYC tech stack is a plus.
