Your Responsibilities
* Technical responsibility for electrical control hardware components and systems for reciprocating gas engines
* Establish component specifications for new products and define validation plans for in-house and pilot testing
* Guide the electrical design team and create wiring diagrams that meet international standards (EN, IEC, ISO, UL, etc.)
* Prepare technical reports and documentation for sales, service, and customers
* Manage failure investigations and develop updated solutions
Your Profile
* Higher technical education (HTL), Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
* Several years of experience in electrical control panel design, wiring, and component selection, including qualification and testing techniques
* Extensive knowledge of electrical component suppliers (PLCs, relays, circuit breakers, sensors, actuators, etc.)
* Knowledge of quality systems (ISO), electrical standards (CE, IEC, UL), and tools (EPLAN P8, ORACLE, Windchill)
* Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver results on time and within budget
* Fluent in German and English
* Legal authorization to work in Austria is required (for non-EU citizens, attach the authorization form to your application)
The base salary is at least EUR 4,269.07 gross per month (x 14), according to the Austrian collective agreement, with additional compensation based on qualifications and experience.
