Your Tasks
* Independent office management, including appointment coordination (e.g. minute-taking, digital filing and documentation, interface with other departments, training coordination, ordering office supplies and equipment)
* Support in managing internal events and meetings
* Administrative support for our IT colleagues
* Travel management for the IT department
* Contribution to the budgeting process
Your Profile
* Completed economic education (e.g. apprenticeship, HAS or similar education); initial work experience is an advantage
* Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
* Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
* A structured, meticulous and forward‑thinking work approach
* Organizational skills, high flexibility and reliability, as well as precise, team‑oriented communication abilities

Minimum Salary: Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 38,183.60.
Earliest Entry Date: This position is to be filled immediately.
Temporary Position: This position is limited until 30-Sep-28.
