Accountabilities
* Own and drive product strategy, roadmap, and feature development from ideation to release.
* Break down complex problems into clear requirements and actionable product solutions.
* Use nature and business insights to inform long-term strategy and short-term decision-making.
* Apply analytical thinking to evaluate data, ensure accuracy, and support data-driven product decisions.
* Understand user needs and personas to inform product direction and prioritization.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, scientific, design, and commercial teams to deliver high-quality features.
* Work closely with design to support intuitive and effective user experiences.
* Operate autonomously in a fast-paced start-up environment, adapting to evolving business needs.
* Contribute to a culture of care, collaboration, and high performance within a remote organisation.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or a related scientific discipline.
* At least 5 years of product management experience, ideally in the B2B SaaS space.
* Experience working in fast-paced environments.
* Strategic and analytical thinking skills with strong problem-solving capabilities.
* Ability to apply data-driven insights in product decision making.
* Strong collaboration and teamwork skills across different functions.
* Detail-oriented with highly developed organizational skills.
