We would like to confide this to you
* Preparing, decorating, and presenting desserts for buffets and menus, together with the Head Pastry Chef
* Dessert show cooking at the front kitchen
* Ensuring cleanliness and order in the pastry fridge and freezer, including stock monitoring
* Planning and executing the Gartnerkofel dessert buffet
* Complying with HACCP standards throughout the work process
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at your workstation
* Continuously refilling the buffet area with fresh desserts
* Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
* Cleaning of work equipment
