**Summary**:
As an exciting time for a growing organization, we are looking for a QC Team Lead to support the release and stability testing of Drug Substances and Drug Products.**About the Role**:
**Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Establishment of a new QC laboratory for bioassay testing including support for conversion of existing lab space, purchasing/ qualification of laboratory equipment, and analytical method transfer as well as building up of a QC team and set-up of laboratory processes- Ensure QC activities are executed according to cGxP standards- Ensure compliance of analytical laboratory operations according to applicable regulatory requirements and guidelines- Ensure compliance of products with specifications and with corporate, health authority, and customer requirements- Ensure on-time testing of samples and QC Release of Batches according to defined timelines- Ensure training according to cGxP requirements- Collaboration in GxP audits/inspections**Requirements**:
- More than 2 years of experience in QA/QC/AS&T/Production within Pharmaceutical industry- Fluent English and German- People leadership experience- Operational and Project excellence- Stakeholder Engagement**Desirable requirements**:
