1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and maintainable software solutions

Required Qualifications (Mandatory):
10. Strong proficiency and hands on experience in Java andReact.
11. Experience withmicroservices architecture andcontainerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
12. Solid experience withcloud platforms – ideallyGoogle Cloud, but also Azure and AWS.
13. Demonstrated success inmigrating legacy systems to cloud platforms.Demonstrated success Indigital transformation programs, adopting new technologies and designing scalable architectures.
14. Willingness to work with bothmodern and legacy technologies.
15. Proven experience inproject estimation and understandingProfit and Loss impact from a technical perspective.
16. Strongsoft skills and communication abilities.
17. Experiencementoring, hiring, and training junior developers.
18. Solid technical education (HTL, TU, FH, Uni) in Software Engineering or related fields
19. Any professional certification in the relevant tech stack will be considered as a strong plus (e.g. GCP, Azure and AWS)
Preferred Qualifications(Not Mandatory)
20. Experience with.NET,C#,C++, andPython.
