Key Account Operations Specialist – French speaking (w/m/d)

As the world’s largest food‑waste‑fighting app, we connect stores that have unsold, surplus food with consumers who buy and enjoy it. We are a certified B Corporation and work on educational tools, new business solutions, and policy change to reduce food waste.

We are looking for a Key Account Store Operations Specialist to join our growing team in Austria and support the Key Accounts team in Switzerland.

Ideally the candidate can work from our Vienna office three days per week. We also welcome applicants located anywhere in Austria, as the role can be performed fully remotely.

Fluency in French and German (C1‑C2) is required; familiarity with Swiss German is a strong advantage. You will be based in Austria and collaborate closely with Key Account partners in Switzerland.


Your mission

The Key Account Store Operations team is responsible for the engagement, experience and quality of our Key Account stores. As a Key Account Store Operations Specialist you will work directly with these stores, building relationships with store managers and staff, helping them maximise the partnership with Too Good To Go and rescue as much food as possible.


Your role

You will manage a portfolio of our top brands across Switzerland and work closely with the Key Account Team. You will also contribute to special projects across Grocery, Hospitality, Cafés and Food to Go segments.

* Engage directly with stores via phone and email to drive performance, optimise engagement and increase supply.
* Support stores in using Too Good To Go and our systems, including training new managers and staff.
* Manage a small group of partners independently, ensuring we help them meet their food‑waste‑reduction goals.
* Motivate store teams to reduce food waste and maximise available supply.
* Gather store feedback, identify trends, and escalation insights to the Key Account Manager.
* Ensure high‑quality experience for our customers by monitoring store performance and taking action to improve standards.
* Complete administrative tasks such as updating store information and managing mass updates for public holidays.


What we need

As this role is entry‑level we are not looking for any specific experience, but we want to see why you are well‑suited: studies, volunteering, personal life or any professional experience.

* Passion for our mission of fighting food waste and the climate crisis.
* Fluency in French and German, speaking daily with French and (Swiss) German partners.
* Great communicator—able to connect quickly with partners over the phone and achieve desired outcomes.
* Excellent written communication skills; clear and friendly in texts and emails.
* Positive, proactive mindset ready to adapt in a fast‑growing organisation.
* Team‑player keen to learn, collaborate and contribute.
* Affinity with data and eagerness to learn.

Minimum salary: EUR 2 303 gross per month (collective agreement). We recognise qualifications and experience and offer a gross annual salary and bonus above the collective agreement.
