Strategic Project Leadership
The Global Products Group is dedicated to excellence in design and engineering of cutting-edge solutions for the semiconductor industry.
As a Program or Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for strategic initiatives. You'll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure successful outcomes.
You will directly contribute to the success of our business unit, a center of excellence for advanced packaging wet chemical solutions, strategically acquired to expand our technology portfolio and invest in future technology.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead complex projects & programs to solve business problems.
* Control interdisciplinary projects/programs while using experience to achieve optimal outcomes measured against quality, time, and cost criteria.
* Provide actionable insights for management through data collection and analysis.
* Build, develop, and lead cross-functional teams throughout project/program execution.
* Develop and deliver clear communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.
* Ensure program execution, manage risks, and assure adherence to schedules and performance requirements.
* Partner with stakeholders to continuously improve processes.
* Run change management for projects and programs and support proper closure.
Requirements:
* Minimum 6+ years of related experience in project management or program management.
* Project management qualifications/certifications.
* Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
* Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.
* Microsoft 365 skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience.
* Relevant experience in equipment build industry.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
* Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.
