At Stryker, we are looking for a talented, highly motivated sales leader who will be responsible for driving the Extremities business in the Northern Europe region (Benelux & Nordics).

Reporting to the Senior Business Unit Director of Trauma & Extremities, you will be part of a high‑calibre, achievement‑driven sales team who shares a strong belief in helping our customers to improve patient care through the use of our products. You will lead your team with full accountability for sales performance, turnover and cost control, ensuring excellent customer service while driving the acquisition of new customers.

What you will do:
In your new role, you will start with a familiarisation phase to learn about our portfolio and build relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
Lead, develop, and inspire a team of direct and indirect reports: coach/develop your team to achieve their full potential and promote an environment that fosters engagement and individual growth. You will also act as a developer of people, creating a future pipeline of talent for Stryker.
Support and drive your team strategically and tactically to accelerate business through the Extremities portfolio.
Manage P&L responsibility of the business unit (BU).
Develop and execute the annual marketing plan of the BU.
Meet or exceed the annual sales revenue target as defined in the
