This is a part to full-time position based at our Mermaid Waters / Miami complexes. The salary will be commensurate with experience, qualifications and hours worked.
This is a great role for someone who needs total flexibility in their life. You can choose the hours you want during our work week Monday to Friday to fit in with your family demands (no weekends). Your portfolio will be at the complexes you represent, so you are not traveling all over the Gold Coast doing inspections.
You can work between 30-38 hours per week, allowing you to be available for school drop-offs & pickups or head off for a round of golf. We are a team of 18, which includes leasing, administration, maintenance, and grounds staff. You will be part of a small team of 4 managing the rental pool.
We manage 11 complexes on the Gold Coast that have a total of 940 properties; we currently lease 200 of these for our investors throughout Coombabah, Miami, Bundall, Mermaid Waters, and Robina.

Overview of Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property management portfolio at three of our residential complexes at Robina, Mermaid Waters, and Miami.
* Establish and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
* You will be assisted when organizing and completing property inspections to ensure proper maintenance and adherence to standards.
* Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations.
* Work with our admin, maintenance, and gardening teams to provide the ultimate experience for all of our stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* Leasing License
* 2+ years of experience in property management, with a proven track record of managing a portfolio of properties.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* In-depth knowledge of property management principles, laws, and regulations.
* Proficiency in property management software.
* Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
* Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
