Quantitative Methods and the Political System of Austria, you can expect a collegial atmosphere, an environment that values the development of high-quality teaching, personal and professional commitment, as well as student-centred skills development.
Your Responsibilities:
* You will teach courses independently for an average of 8 SWS per semester.
* You will teach in the areas of quantitative methods and the Austrian political system.
* You will also be involved in BA thesis seminars as well as substantive and research-oriented seminars at the MA level.
* You will take on administrative tasks, particularly in the administration of teaching.
* We expect you to keep abreast of the latest scientific developments and to participate in further didactic training, the exchange of experience between teachers and quality assurance measures.
Requirements:
* Completed doctoral degree in Political Science or another relevant social science discipline
* Several years of independent teaching experience at a post-secondary educational institution
* Didactic competencies / experience in digital teaching and e-learning
* Research and publication record
* Excellent command of English and German (C1 level)
* IT and blended learning skills
