You’re passionate about cooking, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and run your station with precision and pride? Then become part of our kitchen team at DER SCHWARZACHER – one of the best-known Après-Ski & event venues in the Alps. From à la carte service to high-end events and weddings to busy lunch shifts with up to 1,000 guests – we value teamwork, pace and uncompromising quality.



What you bring with you

* Completed culinary training or several years of experience in a comparable position.
* Passion for cooking, attention to detail and a structured way of working.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure.
* Team spirit, reliability and a positive attitude.
* Familiarity with HACCP guidelines and hygienic working practices.
* Good German skills; English is a plus.
* Willingness to work evenings, weekends and during peak hours.

Your tasks

* Take full responsibility for your station – whether grill, saucier, entremetier, garde manger or sides.
* Prepare dishes with care, speed and consistency – for discerning lunch and dinner guests.
* Collaborate closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth operations.
* Apply HACCP standards at all times and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
* Support junior team members and share your knowledge and experience.
* Manage mise en place, storage and quality control on your station.
* Adapt to event specials and high-volume service with professionalism and flexibility.
