OverviewAssociate Team Lead for Digital Business-Unit (all genders)Start immediately Total hours available full-time 36 h week Location SalzburgAs an Associate Team Lead, you will support the further development of one of our digital business units. In this role, you will gradually grow into leadership responsibilities and take on your first management and organisational tasks related to project management, capacity planning, processes, consulting and development. You will work closely with an experienced Team Lead and the leadership team, learn how to design structures and increasingly carry out operational responsibilities independently. At the same time, you will work on selected digital projects with a clear impact: marketing-oriented, data-driven and based on modern e-commerce, PIM and platform architectures. You think in terms of CX, UI/UX and technical contexts and understand how to design digital solutions cleanly and implement them in high quality together with the team. This role is ideal for individuals who already have solid digital experience and now want to grow into leadership. You will assist with structuring, prioritising and organising, take on initial leadership tasks and actively contribute to the further development of your team and our digital way of working.
