We are on the lookout for an experienced Event Operations Manager to oversee the planning and logistics involved in executing our amazing activations and events across Brisbane.

About the Role - The Day to Day
Leading Operations: Coordinating with clients, venues and crew to schedule event deliveries and collections. Maintaining a symphony of logistics, ensuring our carts and team hit the right note at every venue.
Runsheet Planning: Execute detailed event run sheets with precision and flair.
Inventory & Procurement: Ensuring everything is 100% prepared and ready to rock for each and every event.
Supplier & Vendor Relationships: Manage connections with our amazing existing suppliers while also establishing strong new supplier relationships.
Crew Leadership & Recruitment: Lead and grow our incredible event crew on the ground. Coordinate rostering and event briefings, guaranteeing we have the right people in the right place at the right time. 🙋
Client Relationships: Foster harmonious relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and crafting experiences that resonate.
On Site Management: Ensure our events and carts are picture-perfect and our operations run seamlessly.
Bump-in & Out Events: Be a part of the onsite team, handling the logistics of bumping in and bumping out🛠️
Warehouse: Station and prepare events in our warehouse.
Team Work: Collaborate with a close-knit team, where your passion for the catering industry will help orchestrate success.
Work Schedule
Flexibility on work weekdays and weekends as events require 🗓️
Early starts through the week (in preparation for those early morning coffee carts)
Ongoing training and professional development
Note: This role requires driving and some heavy lifting.
