Join our Global Social Media Team in Salzburg, Austria, and ideate, develop, and execute content for Red Bull's social media global platforms, with focus on TikTok, Instagram and YT Shorts. RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: IN A NUTSHELL In this role, you'll be an expert in producing content that is both creative and optimized for each social media channel. You'll also support the education of Red Bull's country teams and network teams on how to create content that aligns with Red Bull's social media platforms. IDEATE AND CREATE You'll ideate content with athletes, creators, or around Red Bull events that is creative, fun, and energizing for viewers. You'll collaborate with athletes' teams, networks, and Red Bull country teams to identify the best opportunities to create content for global channels. Additionally, you'll write the appropriate scripts for the content, including alternative hooks and key moments from the videos. PRODUCE After ideating, you'll be responsible for producing these contents, ensuring they have scheduled dates and are aligned with all necessary stakeholders. You'll brief athletes, find the best location, time, and date for the shoot, and ensure all necessary equipment, materials, and team members are in place to make it happen. EXECUTING In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with creators and videographers to capture content, but you'll also handle much of the content creation yourself for smaller productions, being onsite for events and our own shoots as needed. Experience Your areas of knowledge and expertise That matter most for this role: * 3 years of experience in producing social media content, eager to explore and experiment with new ideas and approaches. * Highly creative, ensuring innovation in content production, with strong writing skills for developing video scripts. * Proficient in social media storytelling, with an understanding of platform-specific differences. * Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, and video effects, with expertise in TikTok and Instagram native editors. * Team player with a self-starter mentality and the ability to communicate efficiently and reliably in a multilingual, multicultural environment. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
