Job Description / Preferred Qualifications
Primary Function:
Responsible for providing world-class support services to KLA PCB Territory customers, ensuring all Orbotech systems perform properly, thereby enabling high customer satisfaction and perception of the value of services received.
Reports directly to the assigned Regional Service Manager.
Skill Requirements:
* Solid background in electronics, mechanical engineering, vacuum technology, and basic knowledge of printed circuit board technologies.
* Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and diagnose pneumatic, vacuum, electronic (AC and DC), and computer issues to the component level.
* Working knowledge of WinNT, Win XP, Win7 & 10, Linux, and MS Office products.
* Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills.
* Good organizational skills.
* An adaptable approach to working hours, locations, and conditions.
* A flexible approach to work responsibilities, enabling both independent and team work.
* Ability to work alone or unsupervised for extended periods, often in difficult conditions.
* A systematic and logical approach to problem solving.
* Willingness to travel to customer's sites in Austria and Germany.
* Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities:
* Provide service support to customers, including system commissioning, breakdown repairs, and preventative maintenance.
* Develop a close working relationship with customers to support sales of the company's product portfolio.
* Complete all field reports in a timely manner.
* Represent KLA's company culture and values respectfully.
* Travel by driving and flying as needed to support services.
Minimum Qualifications
* Master's Degree with 0 years of related experience or Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience.
