Waves Carwash is a well-established and growing carwash brand with multiple high-performing sites and a strong operational foundation. We are expanding with a new Carwash site opening in Sunbury in May. We are seeking strong leaders to join us as either a Site Manager and/or Assistant Site Manager. This is an opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role and be part of a new site launch backed by an experienced and supportive operations team. Some roles may require a short, paid training period in Canberra to ensure you are set up for success.
About the Role
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will be leading from the front. You will be responsible for team performance, site standards, customer experience, and daily operations. Depending on your experience, you will be considered for either a Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager position.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead or support daily site operations
* Supervise and develop team members
* Maintain strong customer service standards
* Ensure site presentation, safety, and compliance
* Monitor performance, workflow, and efficiency
* Assist with rostering, stock control, and reporting
* Identify and respond to equipment or operational issues

* Previous leadership or supervisory experience
* Background in retail, hospitality, automotive, or service industries
* Strong work ethic and ability to lead by example
* Confident communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities
* Basic mechanical aptitude
* Intermediate computer skills
