Job Description You will join the Legal Team, and together we will advise and support the ITS Division’s global operations on legal matters
Providing legal guidance and conducting (risk) assessments for projects and partnerships, including public procurement law considerations, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating international contracts, as well as developing and refining contract templates and standards
Interest in addressing IP-related matters, particularly software license agreements
Handling proceedings before courts and regulatory authorities, as well as coordinating with external attorneys and consultants
Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law (preferably in Austrian or German law)
7–10 years of relevant professional experience (including at a law firm or in a corporate legal department) is desirable
Experience in an international context and with complex legal issues
Fluent in German and English
Strong advisory skills, resilience, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented approach
Strong analytical skills, a pragmatic approach to work, and a hands-on mentality
Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
Team player, commitment, and flexibility
