Overview
Internship: UWB System Engineer (f/m/div) – Infineon Connected Secure Systems (CSS) in Graz. This internship is suitable for students within degree programs in Computer Sciences, Electronics, Telematics or similar. You will be part of a growing team, working on state-of-the-art developments in security for a connected and protected present and future.
Responsibilities
* Identify and design new use cases for UWB and Connectivity Technology
* Build Proof of Concepts (PoC) for new applications
* Develop demonstrators, showcasing capabilities and benefits of technology
* Carry out data acquisition and analysis to prove robustness of application
* Design software components across various layers
* Design (physical) HW components
Further Information
Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 12 months
Qualifications
You successfully meet the requirements, if you are a motivated and committed student from the field of Computer Science, Electronics, Telematics, Information Engineering or similar. You are best equipped for this task if you additionally offer:
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate complex ideas
* Knowledge in programming languages such as C, C++, Python
* Proficiency in English
Legal and Employment Details
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf).
