Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary technical point of contact. Priority Alignment: Drive alignment between account teams and clean product line on priorities for market penetrations and defenses. Process Optimization: Collaborate with customers to optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and performance. Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to drive continuousimprovement and innovation in our products and services. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and product development teams to align customer needs with company objectives. Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics,Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with a Bachelor degree, or 8 years with a Masters degree or 5 years with a PhD. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required. Additionally strong communication skills in Chinese preferred. Travel: Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.
