Overview
Front Office & Office Management (all genders). Part‑time 25 h per week, starting summer 2026 at our Vienna office (near Votivkirche/Schottentor). You will welcome guests, coordinate daily office life, support meetings and events, and liaise with the People & Culture team.
Responsibilities
* Friendly and professional reception of guests, customers and business partners.
* Organisation and coordination of everyday office life.
* Support in planning and executing meetings, events, and team activities.
* Preparation and hospitality support for meetings.
* Ensuring a pleasant, well‑maintained office atmosphere, including kitchen, meeting rooms and common areas.
* Coordination of administrative tasks such as mail processing, appointment scheduling and travel bookings.
* Support for the People & Culture team with organisational issues.
* Independent purchasing and organisation of office and household supplies.
* First point of contact for telephone inquiries and forwarding them to the right contact person.
Qualifications
* Commercial training or comparable experience in office management or reception.
* Experience with MS Office.
* Very good German skills (at least C1) and good written and spoken English skills.
* Independent, structured, and reliable way of working.
* Strong service‑oriented attitude and enjoy working with people.
* Organisational talent and a professional presence.
Offer
Full‑time equivalent annual salary starting at €30 800 gross (36 h per week) including vacation pay and Christmas bonus. Salary depends on qualifications and experience.
