2+ years experience in digital media, content programming or channel management
Fluent in English
Hands‑on experience with digital media publishing across web, app, streaming, and connected devices; familiarity with ad-supported streaming monetization models is a plus
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across international and cross-functional teams
Highly organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple high-priority projects with meticulous attention to detail
Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic, high emotional intelligence, and a continuous learning mindset to improve processes and personal growth
Agile and quick to adapt to new technologies and tools, with proficiency in MS Office, Airtable, and strong written and verbal communication skills

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2,879 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
