Digital Strategist | Pro (all genders)
Start immediately. Full‑time or part‑time (30 h) positions available in Salzburg or Vienna.
Responsibilities
Develop digital strategies and concepts for key touchpoints such as websites, online shops and digital platforms.
Lead and shape pitches; develop concepts to attract new customers.
Manage onboarding processes and provide strategic advice in close collaboration with project management and specialist teams.
Identify and develop opportunities with existing clients in collaboration with the project team.
Proactively contribute ideas, insights and strategic developments for existing clients.
Prepare and deliver workshops and presentations at decision‑maker level.
Translate complex requirements into clear, inspiring solutions.
Optimize the user experience throughout the customer journey, focusing on conversion and performance in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Team.
Qualifications
At least 3 years’ experience in the digital sector, ideally in agencies or digital projects.
Experience in strategic client consulting and confident presentation skills.
Good understanding of websites, information architecture and user experience.
Basic knowledge of web analytics, KPIs and a data‑driven working style.
Very good command of German (minimum C1) and good command of English.
Analytical thinking, curiosity and quick adaptation to new industries and target groups.
Enthusiasm for digital topics, technologies and trends.
Offer
Annual salary starting at EUR 42 000 gross (incl. holiday pay and Christmas bonus) for a full‑time position. Salary depends on qualifications and experience.
