Job Description:
We are a fast-growing e-commerce company based in Austria, focused on launching high-quality, design-led products across Amazon marketplaces. We are seeking a part-time Amazon Operations Manager to ensure seamless execution of our backend operations—from inventory planning to listing coordination and daily issue resolution. This is a remote role with a flexible schedule, perfect for a detail-oriented operations professional passionate about Amazon and efficiency.
Tasks
Inventory Management & Reordering:
Maintain a 99% in-stock rate using SoStocked. Plan and initiate reorders at least 30 days before projected stockouts across all Amazon marketplaces.
Listing Activation & Coordination:
Ensure all new listings are live within 5 business days of receiving final design assets. Collaborate with design, content, and compliance teams to complete uploads.
Daily Ops Monitoring & Issue Resolution:
Monitor and resolve critical issues within 24 hours, including:
* Customer inquiries or complaints
* Listing suppressions, policy violations, or compliance alerts
Communication & Coordination (EN/DE):
Act as the operations liaison with internal teams and Amazon Seller Support. Must communicate fluently in both English and German, both written and spoken.
Performance Reporting:
Report regularly on inventory health, listing status, and key operational KPIs. Proactively identify and communicate potential risks and solutions.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Amazon operations or a similar e-commerce role
* Strong command of Amazon Seller Central, especially in listing, inventory, and compliance management
* Proficiency in SoStocked or equivalent inventory management software is helpful
* Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken)
* Highly organized, responsive, and proactive with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working independently and across remote teams
* Located in Austria or nearby time zones preferred
* Remote, part-time role (up to 20 hours/week)
