Interim Finance Manager needed for our not-for-profit client in Melbourne.

We are partnering with a long-standing client in the not-for-profit sector to recruit an interim Finance Manager to support the organisation during this period.
Your new role
Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, you will be responsible for the financial management of the organisation and leading a small team of accountants. Key duties include:
* Providing reports and secretariat support to the Finance, Audit and Risk Monitoring Committee.
* Reviewing monthly financial reports: Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Cash Flow, with commentary.
* Overseeing and managing the end-of-financial-year audit.
* Ensuring the preparation and lodgement of BAS, IAS, and FBT.
* Managing and supervising the finance team.
* Preparing the annual budget.
What you'll need to succeed
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience in leading and managing teams.
* Experience in the not-for-profit sector is highly regarded.
