Your new responsibilities:
* Customer First: Always align your work with our customers, demonstrating this to your team. Provide competent and service-oriented advice to turn customers into regulars
* Leadership & Training: Be a role model for all employees and represent the store management in leadership matters. Support the development and training of the team
* Responsibility: Share responsibility with the store management—from staff scheduling to last ski. Analyze relevant metrics and implement measures to ensure high customer satisfaction
* Hands-on: Everyone helps out—from the store manager to apprentices—active participation in daily business, advising, and selling
