Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end purchasing management for food, beverage, and operational supplies
* Support a busy 199-room hotel and high-volume food and beverage operation
* Ensure all purchasing activities are conducted honestly, ethically, and in line with internal controls
* Maintain accurate ordering, pricing, inventory, and supplier records
* Work closely with Finance, Culinary, and Operations teams
* Manage supplier relationships, pricing negotiations, and contract compliance
* Support audits, budgeting, and cost-control requirements
About You
* Proven experience in purchasing within a busy hotel or high-volume food and beverage environment
* Known for being honest, reliable, and consistent in your work practices
* Strong attention to detail and sound commercial judgement
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operationally demanding environment
* Experience using FutureLog (highly regarded)
* Clear communicator with a practical, accountable approach

You will be part of a busy department, supporting one other purchasing team member within the broader Finance team.
