* Achieve the annual sales targets for the Austrian market.
* Contribute to product development: collaborate with Segment Management and the Technical Department to build wagon and service offerings tailored to customer needs.
* Support the New Build Program through relevant market analyses.
* Forward customer technical questions to the MRO team and ensure proper follow‑up.
* Conduct REX analysis for key customers and lead the related action plans.
* Monitor client payments and ensure DSO performance.
* Manage and expand your client portfolio while actively hunting for new customers.
* Lead and coordinate tendering processes.
* Follow up on ongoing works to guarantee delivery deadlines, offer compliance, and budget adherence.
* Support the MRO team in finding mobile solutions when required.
* Represent Ermewa at trade fairs and industry conferences — including as a keynote speaker when needed.

What You Bring
* Strong commercial experience, ideally in rail, leasing, industrial, transport, or technical service sectors.
* Proven ability to manage and develop a customer portfolio.
* Capacity to understand technical topics and collaborate with engineering/MRO teams.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
* Autonomous, customer‑focused, results‑oriented, and team‑minded.
