What You’ll Do
* Feature Development– Design and implement new features in ourJava-based cloud services, ensuring high performance and reliability.
* Bug Fixing & Maintenance– Identify and resolve issues within our cloud services to maintainoptimal performanceandscalability.
* Performance & Scalability– Optimize system performance and ensure scalability forour cloud services.
* Agile Collaboration– Work closely withother developers, QA teams, and hosting teamsto develop robust solutions.
* Continuous Improvement– Apply best practices inTDD (Test-Driven Development), CI/CD, and agile methodologies to enhance development efficiency.
Your profile
* At least 3 years of experiencein software development.
* Strong understanding ofobject-oriented programming, includingobject state, lifecycle, and parallelism.
* Experience withdependency injectionandaspect-oriented programming.
* Knowledge ofmessaging systemssuch asJMS, ActiveMQ, or RabbitMQ.
* Familiarity withcontainer technologies(e.g.,Docker).
* Experience working in anagile developmentenvironment.
* Strong understanding ofTDD (Test-Driven Development) and CI/CDpipelines.
* Fluent in English(spoken and written), German is a plus.
* Strong communication skillsto collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Your Place of work
We offer a competitive salary based on your qualifications and professional experience. The minimum salary for this position under the collective agreement is 2,471.00 euros gross per month on a full-time basis. Your actual salary will be overpaid in line with the market and will be significantly higher than the minimum salary stipulated in the collective agreement.
