We are looking for a HR Business Partner who enjoys shaping the business together with leaders and making a real difference. You support people and the organization through change and continuous development in a pragmatic and people‑focused way.
* Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on strategic and operational HR topics
* Translate business strategy and goals into targeted, impactful HR initiatives
* Drive organizational, leadership, and cultural development in a dynamic environment
* Lead and support change and transformation initiatives, ensuring sustainable adoption across the organization
* Implement and locally embed global HR concepts (e.g. Talent Management, Leadership, Engagement)
* Balance strategic initiatives with operational excellence by ensuring compliance with legal and corporate standards
Your Profile
* Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable strategic HR role, ideally in a global industrial environment
* Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working closely with leaders and teams
* Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands‑on approach
* Solid knowledge of labor law and organizational and people development practices
* Ability to structure complexity and actively shape change in a global environment
* Excellent English skills; any additional languages are a plus

The gross annual salary for this position is approximately EUR 65,000 including variable bonus components and additional monetary benefits. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to overpay.
The gross annual salary stated above applies to Austria; for other company locations, the compensation package is aligned with local market conditions.
