As Fractional COO (Technology) you will be responsible for turning strategy into execution. You will work closely with the Founder/CEO and leadership team to ensure priorities are clear, plans are realistic, and commitments are delivered on time. You will not be expected to “do everything,” but you will own operational execution and ensure the business is launch‑ready. This is a part‑time, contract role (approx. 10–25 hours per week), with flexibility based on business needs.
Technology Requirement – As we are a technology‑led business, this role requires a strong understanding of the complexities of building, launching, and scaling technology platforms. The successful candidate must be comfortable operating at the intersection of technology, product, and business execution. A lack of technology understanding would be a deal‑breaker for this role.
Equity Opportunity – For the right candidate, there is potential for performance‑based equity participation, aligned to contribution and impact as the company grows.
