The goal is to build long-term a strong employer brand on an international levelCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sustainability and ESG initiativesAdvise senior leadership; prepare and coordinate sensitive communications materials, such as FAQs and talking points for leadershipCreate and maintain compelling content for digital workplace platforms (e.g., intranet, VivaEngage), newsletters, town halls, executive messages, press releases, sustainability reports, social media, and careers websiteMeasure and analyze the effectiveness of communications (internal/external, sustainability and employer branding), providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvementMonitor industry trends and regulatory developments related to sustainability, internal communications, and employer brandingYour ProfileBachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fieldExtensive experience in corporate communications, with a focus on internal and/or sustainability/ESG topicsFluent in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatoryStrong understanding of sustainability frameworks and reporting standardsExceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics for various channels and audiencesStrategic thinker with strong project management abilitiesProven ability to work with senior leaders and cross-functional teamsHigh level of cultural awareness and experience in a global settingProficiency in digital communication tools and platformsKnowledge of data privacy and legal compliance in communications is preferredAt INNIO, we offer a competitive salary package which is far above the requirements of the metal collective agreement in Austria.
