Job Description
We are looking for responsible employees for the position of Group Lead Logistics.
Technical and disciplinary leadership of plant logistics (core warehouse, internal logistics, packaging, intercompany operations – Plant 6).
Ensure efficiency, quality, and occupational safety across all logistics areas within the assigned plant.
Lead, develop, and support employees, while effectively communicating company information, objectives, and strategies.
Drive the continuous improvement and development of the respective logistics functions.
Monitor and contribute to the development of KPIs within the area of responsibility.
Act as the single point of contact for all logistics‑related topics within the plant.
Demonstrate a cross‑functional mindset, positive attitude, and strong hands‑on approach, complemented by excellent leadership capabilities.
Completed vocational training with a focus on logistics.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in a leadership role, preferably in logistics.
Very good command of English and strong IT skills (MS Office, SAP EWM/ERP).
Strong technical understanding.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on cost awareness.

Your annual salary is based on your previous professional experience and educational level and ranges between € 60.000,- und €75.000,- gross pa. full‑time basis.
