Your Tasks
* End-to-end ownership of assigned IT category (e.g. IT Services, SaaS & Software, Infrastructure)
* Act as strategic architect and knowledge hub for the category across the group
* Define, own, and evolve the category strategy and roadmap (incl. make/buy, sourcing models, vendor tiers)
* Consolidate group-wide demand and actively manage the supplier landscape
* Govern strategic sourcing activities and major RFPs
* Lead complex and high-value RFPs and negotiations
* Enable and guide strategic procurement execution across the organization
* Manage strategic suppliers and framework agreements
* Define standards, preferred vendors, and contract principles
* Identify savings, value creation, and risk mitigation levers

Your Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Law, or a related field and strong expertise in IT categories (IT Services, Software, Infrastructure)
* Strong strategic sourcing and negotiation capabilities
* Proven experience in managing complex, high-value sourcing initiatives
* Strong stakeholder management skills at business and IT leadership level
* Ability to align and influence senior stakeholders across the organization
* Strong analytical and financial expertise (e.g. TCO, business cases)
* Experience in supplier and contract management
* Structured, strategic, and value-oriented mindset
* Ability to act as a central knowledge hub and drive best practices
* Leadership and influence without formal authority
* Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage
