Responsibilities
* You are responsible for looking after our international guests
* Carrying out check-in & check-out
* Accepting bookings & inquiries
* You are available to answer our guests' questions and provide information
* Invoicing and handling complaints are just as much a part of your job as cashier activities and preparing daily financial statements
* You communicate with the other departments in the hotel and pass on all necessary information
* Ongoing monitoring of the units before arrival and departure
Qualifications
* Ideally, you have completed vocational training in the hotel industry
* You already have relevant professional experience in a comparable position
* You are enthusiastic about working with our international guests
* You are characterized by independent work, flexibility and resilience
* Written and spoken German and English
* Any other foreign language is an advantage

* Salary from € 2,350 gross - overpayment depending on qualifications
* Seasonal position from May to October
