Manager E-invoicing and User Access Management, Global Service Operations (m/f/d) (80-100%)

Responsibilities
* Act as Business Responsible and Subject Matter Expert for electronic invoicing within the Service Order‑to‑Cash and Procure‑to‑Pay process areas, ensuring compliant and stable operation within SAP S/4HANA and other corresponding applications.
* Implement and continuously improve the global Service e‑Invoicing strategy, ensuring compliance with local and international e‑invoicing, tax, and e‑requirement regulations and standards in collaboration with Global E‑Invoicing & Digital Tax Manager in Group Tax.
* Lead the service network‑facing rollout of new country‑specific e‑invoicing solutions, including process design, user acceptance testing, training, and go‑live support.
* Own and maintain e‑invoicing process documentation, user manuals, and training materials to ensure sustainable adoption and compliance across the service network.
* Lead or contribute to cross‑functional operations and ERP projects impacting multiple business processes, ensuring alignment with overall service operations goals and business objectives.
* Work in close collaboration with Country Finance Managers and Global Process Owners for Order‑to‑Cash, Contract Management, Procure‑to‑Pay, Accounts Payable, and Tax to ensure end‑to‑end process alignment.
* Actively represent e‑invoicing, user access management, and test management topics within the S/4HANA Flash Team and broader service ERP initiatives.
* Define, implement, and maintain a harmonized Service ERP user access management approach for SAP S/4HANA, ensuring adherence to security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
* Define and oversee the execution of an audit‑compliant test management framework, including user acceptance testing for business projects and regression testing for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud release upgrades.
* Functionally manage test coordination and user access management specialists within the central operations team, ensuring effective delivery, governance, and knowledge sharing.
* Define and follow up on relevant process KPIs to identify risks, inefficiencies, and continuous improvement opportunities across e‑invoicing, user access, and testing.
* Manage a set of global standards, including process documentation, to enable automation, SAP S/4HANA innovations, and consistent process adoption.
* Elaborate Business Cases; evaluate cost‑saving opportunities, including feasibility, impact on product costs, and capital expenditures.
* Act as authorization owner for Requests for Change (RfCs) within the assigned scope, ensuring governance, compliance, and alignment with global standards.
* Develop and execute End User and key stakeholder training in collaboration with the Global End User Training responsible and relevant process communities.
Qualifications
* University degree or equivalent higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience in project management, operational excellence, process automation, and/or Lean Six Sigma.
* Strong ERP knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, with hands‑on experience in SD, PS, and EPPM; experience with Microsoft CRM would be an advantage.
* Experience in SAP S/4HANA user access management design and implementation, including role concepts and authorization governance.
* Self‑driven, decision‑focused, structured, collaborative, and a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
* Experience working with senior management across different countries and communicating effectively with all organizational levels.
* Experience in commercial support and/or service coordination would be an advantage.
* International business experience and intercultural competence.
* Language skills: English (C1 or above); German (B2 or above) would be an advantage.
* Ability to travel globally up to 5‑10 %.
