Job Description:
We are seeking a Production Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-profile live events and technical installations. This role requires close collaboration with project management, finance, operations, and clients to ensure seamless AV production while maintaining the highest on-site standards.
Both the project and production management teams are responsible for developing and managing budgets, covering equipment, crew, and rechargeable costs. Effective planning and detailed progress documentation are essential to anticipate potential delays. Clear communication with clients is key, ensuring they are informed of any challenges while implementing actionable solutions to minimize additional costs.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience
in live event production, including leadership roles in high-pressure environments.
* Technical expertise in lighting, sound, or AV
, with the ability to oversee and manage all aspects of a project.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills,
with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement solutions efficiently.
