Job Description Summary

As a People Partner, you will provide in-country policy expertise and P&O generalist knowledge and skills to support and train leaders, managers, and associates on all P&O topics. People Partners partner with all divisions enabling the delivery of lifecycle events, employee value proposition, talent management, performance management, employee relations, rewards, and reporting. In addition, People Partners implement P&O change initiatives at a country-level acting as change agents by working closely alongside P&O Business Partners and managers.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide credible P&O People Partnering to a diverse groups of leaders, managers and employees offering advice and guidance on the moments that matter.
* Work alongside P&O network (Country Business Partners, Global Business Partners, Country P&O Board, Center Of Excellence, etc.), supporting the overall P&O strategy
* Lead P&O operational excellence initiatives by driving quality, effectiveness, efficiency and continuous improvement of P&O-related processes
* Drive the execution of organizational changes in line with country policies and principles
* Provide advice for managers on labor law related matters and collaborate with local works council
* Drive the local implementation of P&O projects on a business area and country-level
Essential Requirements:
* Full working proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
* Several years of P&O-related experience
* Experienced working in a collaborative team environment and with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
* Austrian labor law knowledge
* Strong communication and project management skills
Desirable Requirements:
* Experience in Workday
* Experience in transformation and re-organization projects

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 65,605.54/year (on a full-time basis). In most cases, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
We are open for part-time and job-sharing models and support flexible and remote working where possible.
