Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Legal Officer based in Vienna, Austria, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Legal Officer will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, supporting contract management, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Daily tasks include analyzing legal risks, assisting with business law matters, and offering professional legal consulting to ensure adherence to regulations and laws across operations.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Business Law and general legal principles relevant to corporate and commercial operations
* Proficiency in Contract Law, including the drafting, negotiation, and management of agreements
* Experience in Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation
* Ideally, a law degree or equivalent qualification
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively
* Familiarity with the insurance sector or regional legal frameworks is highly desirable
* Fluency in English; German or other CEE languages are a plus
