Job Description:
Are you passionate about sustainability and logistics? At RedBull, we are committed to driving innovative solutions that reduce our environmental impact while optimizing global operations.
As a Logistics Systems Sustainability Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enabling our organization to measure, analyze, and plan CO2 emissions across our global logistics footprint. You will define system requirements, contribute to the implementation of advanced reporting frameworks, and support decarbonization initiatives in HQ and subsidiaries. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and logistics partners, you’ll ensure our logistics processes are more sustainable while maintaining efficiency and service excellence.
Responsibilities
* You will take the lead in implementing cutting-edge supply chain system solutions, ensuring workflows are standardized and optimized within SAP and other tools. By identifying and addressing bottlenecks in current logistics processes, you will drive meaningful improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will contribute to the enhancement of reporting tools and ensure the maintenance of high-quality logistics data, creating a foundation for informed decision-making.
* Managing logistics projects will be a key focus, where you will ensure timelines and budgets are met while successfully integrating solutions into existing systems. You will provide support to RedBull subsidiaries, helping them enhance their logistics flows and implement effective system updates. Furthermore, you will train team members and subsidiaries, ensuring they are fully equipped to use new tools efficiently.
* You will design and play a significant role in the implementation of a state-of-the-art framework for tracking and reporting CO2 emissions across our global transportation network. Leveraging emissions data, you will be responsible from Logistics side for reports with a focus on sustainability KPIs such as carbon emissions, fuel consumption, and resource utilization. You will support local subsidiaries by guiding their CO2 tracking efforts and fostering discussions with logistics partners about emission reduction strategies. You’ll stay up to date with the latest sustainability standards and regulations, ensuring RedBull’s logistics processes and systems remain cutting-edge and compliant.
* You will work closely with various teams across RedBull and external stakeholders to integrate logistics sustainability efforts into broader business operations, ensuring alignment and maximizing impact.
Minimum Requirements
* A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is a plus.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
* At least 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or sustainability roles, preferably within the FMCG sector.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, and knowledge of SAP R/3 or S/4 is a plus.
* Strong project management skills with a “completer/finisher” mentality and experience in change management projects.
* An analytical mindset capable of identifying key issues and developing actionable strategies.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Familiarity with ESG reporting regulations, sustainability metrics, and industry best practices.
* Travel 0-10%
