Your Future Responsibilities
As an R&D Process Engineer, you will undertake challenging tasks with significant decision-making scope. You will work independently across all activities, expand your skills continuously, and contribute to the team’s success.
Your Responsibilities Include
* Ownership of electroplating equipment and processes within a semiconductor R&D FAB
* Manage the ramp-up and qualification of new electroplating tools
* Develop and optimize electroplating processes
* Ensure stable equipment operation and process performance
* Collaborate with research teams within SAL to develop state-of-the-art research vehicles
Your Profile
* BSc in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience
* At least 5 years of industry experience as a Process Engineer (excluding academic research)
* Hands-on experience with equipment operation and process development in a cleanroom environment
* Expertise in electroplating processes; process development experience is a plus
* Additional experience in process engineering areas like CMP is advantageous
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative skills
* Effective communication skills and team collaboration abilities
* Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
* Willing to relocate to Austria

Salary and Benefits
Starting from EUR 3,963 monthly (14 payments), with competitive benefits based on experience.
