Your profile
We are committed to excellence in the automotive logistics industry and pride ourselves on building strong customer relationships and providing exceptional service. To support our endeavors, we are looking for an Daily Operations Junior Specialist (m/f/d)to join our Forwarding Team in Vienna, Austria.
* Plan and organize new and upcoming shipments efficiently
* Manage vessel and inland transportation schedules to ensure timely delivery
* Communicate with customers and suppliers to coordinate logistics to ensure an optimal logistics flow
* Issue sales invoices and monitor shipment-related costs for accurate cost control
* Gather and maintain all documentation and contracts related to each shipment
* Support monthly and yearly financial closing processes
* Develop new customer relationships and expand business with existing clients
* Conduct market research to identify opportunities and improve services
* Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize supply chain operations
ABOUT YOU
* Bachelor’s degree or completed apprenticeship preferred
* Prior experience in the logistics field is advantageous
* Strong skills in prompt decision-making, planning, organizing, and negotiation
* Solid understanding of export processes for both air and ocean shipments
